Technical

- Previous SAP experience preferred
- Previous customer service / internal sales experience preferred
- High level of attention to detail




- Previous experience in a technical related internal sales role beneficial

To be successful in this role, you will exhibit a stellar performance in the following areas:

- Analysis of customer orders, received via email and phone
- Accurately read and interpret customer orders
- Correctly process customer orders, all the way through to invoicing
- Raise any technical queries about customer orders with customers and/or technical staff
- Ensure timely feedback to customer around orders placed together with ETA updates
- Reliable own transport
