About the Role

n

This is a combined Utility All Rounder / Bus Driver position, with approximately 80% of your role focused on general utility duties and 20% focused on bus driving.

n

As a Utility All Rounder, you will support multiple areas of village operations to help deliver a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and fellow team members across remote WA sites.

n

When required, you will also be responsible for safely transporting employees and residents around the village and site locations.

n

You will be responsible for:

n

- Housekeeping and accommodation room cleaning
n
- Cleaning village facilities, amenities, and communal areas
n
- Supporting kitchen and dining room operations
n
- Dishwashing and kitchen cleaning duties
n
- Assisting with food preparation and meal service
n
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across all work areas
n
- Supporting tavern and hospitality services where required
n
- Waste management and general village upkeep
n
- Grounds maintenance and outdoor cleaning duties
n
- Safely operating buses to transport employees and residents as required
n
- Completing scheduled bus runs and transport duties
n
- Conducting vehicle checks and reporting any maintenance or safety issues
n
- Ensuring passenger safety and following all site and transport procedures
n
- Working collaboratively with village teams to support operational requirements
n
- Contributing to a positive team culture and safe working environment
n
- Flexibility to work across different service areas and shifts as required
n

You Will Bring:

- Previous cleaning, housekeeping, hospitality, catering, or utility experience
n
- Previous bus driving experience is highly regarded
n
- Strong customer service and teamwork skills

- A professional and responsible approach to passenger transport
n
- The ability to work efficiently in physically demanding environments
n
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
n
- Flexibility and adaptability across different work areas
n

Essential Requirements

n

n
- Current HR Driver's Licence with Passenger Transport Driver (PTD) authorisation – essential
n
- Current National Police Clearance (within 6 months)
n
- Ability to pass a pre‐employment medical including drug and alcohol screening (LABDAS)
n
- Valid WA Driver's Licence
n




- RSA Certificate
n
- Full Australian Working Rights

Highly Regarded

n

- Previous FIFO or remote site experience
n
- Previous bus or passenger transport driving experience
n
- Forklift Licence
n
- Secure Food Handling Certificate
n
- Senior First Aid Certificate
n
- Experience within hospitality, housekeeping, or village operations
n
- Experience working within mining village or remote accommodation environments
n
