You will optimise medication therapy, provide expert advice and support protected, effective and cost conscious use of medicines.
Key responsibilities
- Working collaboratively with pharmacy and multidisciplinary teams, you will provide therapeutic guidance, support medication management and contribute to patient care.
- You will also assist with supervision, counselling and service delivery while maintaining professional standards.
What you need
- You're a motivated Pharmacist ready to support safe and effective medication management.
- You bring strong communication skills, clinical knowledge and the ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
- Bachelor of Pharmacy and eligible for Board registration.
