About the Role

You’ll be responsible for:

Own the customer journey: Turn inbound customer calls into booked service jobs — you’ll own it from hello to done!

Deliver 5-star experiences: Provide a smooth, 5-star customer experience every single time.

Make outbound calls:



Reach out to selected customers to create extra service opportunities.

Keep records up to date: Maintain accurate customer details so our teams are set up for success.

Level up your skills: Take part in regular training to build your communication and problem‑solving skills.

Solve issues with confidence: Handle customer issues with confidence, positivity, and a “let’s get this sorted” attitude.

What We’re Looking For

- Experience in retail, hospitality, reception or contact centre
- Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone
- Comfort having sales-style conversations and guiding customers to the right outcome
- The ability to multitask and stay organised in a fast‑paced environment
- Scheduling experience or a background in trades customer service is a bonus, but not essential
