Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic hands-on supervisor with pool site management experience to join our growing team.

n

You will be working & supervising high-level residential projects with guidance from our Construction Manager. If you enjoy creating highly detailed projects in a positive team environment, you will love working here.

Duties Include but are not limited to:

n

n
- You will be actively involved in all aspects of building of custom designed swimming pools as part of comprehensive project works.
n
- Responsible for running & completing projects on time and to Aquarius Pools Standards.
n
- Site set outs
n
- All aspects of pool plumbing including equipment installation
n
- Use of power tools
n
- Responsible for Quality Assurance and Site Safety.
n
- Knowledge of permit process
n
- Customer service skills and communication
n

n

To be successful in this role you will have:

n

n
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Site Supervisor in the Construction Industry or similar role within the pool industry
n
- Pool industry experience is essential for this role
n
- General building/construction knowledge is essential (knowledge of datums, elevations, reading site plans etc.)
n
- Valid White Card
n
- High Safety Culture & strong organisational/project management skills
n
- Keen eye for detail, be quality driven & display a high standard of professionalism.
n
- Must be physically fit and in good health.
n

- Solid problem-solving ability and the ability to take decisive action.Trade qualifications and proven work history for a respected swimming pool company,

- Pool-specific trade qualifications are advantageous for this position
n

- you must be a self motivated individual who is accustomed to operating in a fast paced team environment.
