Alfa Air & Electrical is a fast-growing, family-owned company specialising in residential, builder and commercial air conditioning installations across South-East Queensland. We're known for quality workmanship, strong systems, and a supportive team culture where people are respected and backed properly.

We're currently looking for a Qualified Electrician to join our expanding team and take the lead on electrical works for air conditioning installations including ducted, split, VRF and ERV systems. Most jobs run with a crew of 4–5, working alongside refrigeration mechanics, installers and apprentices rather than solo. There's also general electrical work outside of air conditioning from time to time, so it's a good fit if you want variety in your day rather than doing the same task on repeat.

The Role Includes:

Electrical installation of ducted, split, VRF and ERV systems

Residential new build pre-slab, rough-in and fit-off work

Switchboard installations and upgrades

General electrical work outside of air conditioning as required

Working to AS/NZS electrical and safety standards

Coordinating with refrigeration mechanics, installers and apprentices

Delivering professional customer service onsite

What We're Looking For:

QLD Electrical Licence

White Card

CPR/LVR & First Aid

QLD Driver's Licence

Full working rights in Australia — we're not able to offer visa sponsorship for this role

Reliable, organised and professional attitude

Strong communication and time-management skills

Experience in air conditioning is highly regarded, but not essential. We're happy to train the right electrician who wants to specialise in HVAC.
