The Infusion Clinic is Australia’s first nurse-led infusion service, where patients are referred by their GP or Specialist for IV therapies such as Iron infusions and Biologic treatments for acute and chronic conditions.
We administer over 13,500 infusions each year across our three clinics (one in Melbourne and two in Sydney).
Our Randwick clinic is seeking an experienced Medical Administrator/Receptionistto join our team on a Full-time basis.

About the Role
We have a permanent position available for aMedical Administrator/Receptionistat clinic located in Randwick. The role includes:
- Enhancing the company image by being the first point of contact for our clinic and providing an exemplary service for patients
- Managing phone and face to face enquiries about our services from both patients and medical practitioners, with diligence and professionalism in a timely manner
- Scheduling of appointments and procedures
- Management of all patient data and correspondence with a high level of accuracy and impeccable attention to detail
- Invoicing and receipting of patient accounts and management of daily Banking Reconciliation
- Maintenance of equipment and database updates
- Ordering of office and medical supplies
About You
As the successful applicant, you will ideally have experience in a similar positionworking with Specialists. You will also preferably have:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Professional personal presentation, with an energetic "can do" attitude
- First-rate customer servicewith the ability to maintain and exceed our standards even when under pressure
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy, with professional respect ofprivacy and confidentiality of all patients
- Proven ability to handle delicate situations and manage conflict resolution autonomously with sensitivity

Qualifications & experience:
- Minimum 2yearsreception experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of computers and relevant software (Genie)
- Excellent knowledge of administrative and clerical processes
