Milieu Early Education & Care is seeking a caring, enthusiastic and motivated Certificate III Trainee Early Childhood Educator to join our team. This is an opportunity to earn while you learn, gain valuable hands-on experience and complete your Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.

About the Role:

- Build warm, respectful relationships with children, families and educators.
- Support engaging play-based learning experiences.
- Assist with children’s learning, development and documentation.
- Contribute to a secure, inclusive and stimulating learning environment.
- Support children’s agency, wellbeing, interests and individual needs.
- Work in accordance with the EYLF V2.0, NQF, NQS and Service policies.

About You:

We are looking for someone who is:

- A positive team player with good communication skills.
- Committed to children’s safety, wellbeing and learning.

Requirements:

- Willing to enrol, in Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and care
- Current or eligible to obtain a NSW Working With Children Check (WWCC).
- Willing to meet all relevant suitability and fit and proper person requirements.
- Willing to complete required child protection and child safety training.
- First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Emergency Asthma Management training, where required.
