We are seeking experienced and patient-focused Nurse Practitioners to join our growing network of Urgent Care Clinics. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a high degree of clinical autonomy, managing diverse presentations and delivering evidence-based care to patients requiring urgent, non-emergency treatment.

Working alongside GPs, nurses, and allied health professionals, you will play a key role in improving access to timely healthcare and supporting better outcomes for the communities we serve.

Join our growing network of Urgent Care Clinics in Woden (ACT) and Queanbeyan (NSW), with the flexibility to work at the location that best suits you. Whether you prefer to be based at a single clinic or would like the opportunity to work across both sites, we offer rostering options to match your availability and lifestyle.

About the Role

As a Nurse Practitioner, you will assess, diagnose, treat, prescribe, and manage a broad range of presentations across the lifespan. You'll utilise your advanced clinical skills to make independent decisions while collaborating within a highly supportive multidisciplinary team.

This role offers the opportunity to combine clinical leadership with hands‑on patient care in a dynamic environment,



helping to reduce pressure on local emergency departments and improve access to community‑based healthcare.

- Deliver prompt and effective care for patients requiring urgent attention
- Perform thorough clinical assessments and develop appropriate treatment plans

- Collaborate with and support nursing and administrative team members

What We’re Looking For

- Registered Nurse with Nurse Practitioner endorsement (AHPRA registered)
- Experience in urgent care, emergency, or primary care settings
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
- Flexible availability, including the ability to cover shifts at short notice
