Sellick Consultants is looking for an experienced Civil Draftsperson to join our Civil team.

This is a hands-on role working closely with our engineers, technicians, directors and clients to develop civil documentation from concept through to construction.

You’ll work across a diverse range of projects, including multi-unit residential, commercial offices, warehouses, industrial, education, institutional and sporting facilities. The role

- Prepare and develop civil engineering documentation from concept through to construction.Work closely with
- Project Managers, Civil Directors, engineers and technicians to deliver projects.
- Prepare civil documentation in accordance with relevant authority requirements and project specifications.
- Check and review documentation in accordance with Sellick Consultants’ Quality Control procedures.
- Coordinate civil documentation with other Sellick Consultants disciplines.
- Assist with project planning, documentation and resource coordination.
- Monitor project progress and communicate updates to the Project Manager and/or Civil Director.




- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with our clients and project teams.

About you

We’re looking for someone who has:

- Solid experience in civil drafting, preferably within an engineering consultancy environment.
- Strong technical drafting skills and attention to detail.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to work independently while also contributing to a close-knit team.
- A practical approach to problem solving, with the ability to think beyond the obvious solution.
- The ability to manage competing priorities and meet project deadlines.
- A genuine interest in producing quality work and delivering outcomes for our clients.
