Your Responsibilities

As an Aged Care Cleaner, your duties may include:

- Cleaning resident rooms, common areas, bathrooms and dining spaces.
- Completing laundry duties, including washing and caring for residents' linen and personal clothing.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and infection control.
- Sweeping, vacuuming and mopping as required.
- Safely handling cleaning products and chemicals.
- Managing waste and contributing to a safe and hygienic environment.

What You Will Need

- Current 2026 Influenza Vaccination and COVID-19 vaccination, where required.
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, or willingness to obtain one.
- Full working rights in Australia.




- Solid English communication skills.
- Previous cleaning and/or laundry experience, preferably within aged care or healthcare.
- An understanding of WHS and infection control procedures.
- A respectful, reliable and caring approach when working with older people.

Applicants must currently be based in Australia.
