We are seeking an experienced Paralegal to join our team, working full time from our Eagle Street office in the Brisbane CBD (12 month contract).

This is a great opportunity to be part of a dynamic team and contribute to end-to-end file management.

Responsibilities

- assessing instructions and preparing mortgage documentation
- checking signed mortgage documentation and ancillary requirements
- preparing lender's certifications
- liaising with clients, solicitors, funders and external parties
- arranging settlements (paper and PEXA)
- preparing accounts' paperwork and settlement instructions
- ensuring security documentation is returned to the relevant trustee within service levels

About you

You willhave a strong customer service focus, meticulous attention to detail and a high energy level for multi-tasking to meet deadlines.

Proven experience in managing a demanding and busy workload is essential.

Skills and Experience

- minimum 1-2 years'experience as a Banking or Conveyancing Paralegal
- exceptional client relationship skills
- meticulous attention to detail and organisation skills




- enjoy working with structure, processes and procedures
- proven ability to manage files end to end
- strong written and verbal communication skills
- proactive and flexible work approach, including being a team player
- drive to multi-task and meet tight deadlines
