We are seeking an experienced and commercially focused Finance Manager to support our Chief Financial Officer through the delivery of high quality financial planning, forecasting, reporting and business analysis and provide business partnering and performance insights across the organisation.

About the Role

Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes, providing accurate projections and insights to support business strategy.

Deliver management reporting including KPI monitoring, variance analysis, and performance commentary to drive informed decision making.

Analyse revenue, margins, manufacturing costs, inventory, and operating expenses to identify risks, opportunities and performance improvement initiatives.

Prepare financial models and business cases to support capital investments, new product development, and growth initiatives.

Partner closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sales and Commercial teams to improve profitability, manufacturing efficiency, optimise working capital and support strategic growth initiatives

Act as a trusted finance partner to functional leaders across the business and provide financial support for acquisitions, partnerships and growth opportunities where required.

Support month-end, quarter-end,



and year-end reporting processes, ensuring financial accuracy, strong controls and compliance with accounting standards.

Maintain governance, risk management and audit support processes while ensuring adherence to company policies and internal controls.

Drive continuous improvement in financial planning, reporting, systems, and automation, leveraging ERP and BI tools to enhance efficiency and business visibility

Qualifications & Experience

Demonstratable experience in a similar Finance Manager role

CA, CPA or equivalent professional accounting qualification.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or related discipline.

Strong financial modelling and analytical capability.

Experience working with ERP systems and reporting tools.

Experience within manufacturing, medical devices, healthcare products or FMCG environments high desirable

Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills

Exhibits strategic and commercial thinking skills with an aptitude for problem solving

Understanding of inventory accounting, standard costing and manufacturing operations preferable

Experience with Power BI or equivalent business intelligence platforms advantageous

The prospect to provide meaningful commercial insights to drive performance and enhance production/manufacturing and inventory profitability

Act as the key advisor to the Chief Financial Officer with direct access to making influential decisions
