In this role, you will contribute to quality improvement activities, support care coordination, and provide team leadership as required.

Key responsibilities

- You will work with increasing autonomy while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and other agencies to deliver safe, effective care.
- As a Registered Nurse/Midwife, you will provide person-centred nursing and/or midwifery care, assessing individual needs and planning, implementing and coordinating appropriate services to achieve positive outcomes.
- You will also play an active role in health education, support the development of students and new staff, and contribute to research and evidence-based practice.
- As your experience grows, you will provide guidance to less experienced staff and support protected,



high-quality care delivery across the service.
