Harmony Australasia seeks a team-oriented Risk Lead to drive risk management, critical control management and assurance across CSA Mine near Cobar, NSW. Reporting to Health, Safety & Training, you will partner with site leaders to strengthen risk ownership and improve control effectiveness.

You will implement the site's Risk Management Framework, coordinate risk assessments and assurance activities, and translate risk insights into practical improvements that bolster safety and business
