Pay Rate: $38 per hour + OT penalties and Super
Shift:Day Shift - 6am to 2:06pm
Location: Narangba, QLD

Candidates must have prior experience in a manufacturing or production workplace and be eager to learn specialised rotary moulding operations. Reliability, attention to detail, and a strong safety focus are essential for success in this role.

What you need

- Experience in a factory, production, or machine operating role
- Willingness to learn rotary moulding machine operation
- Forklift licence beneficial but not essential
- Computer experience is a MUST
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Physically fit and comfortable being on your feet all day
- Reliable and looking for long-term work
- Ability to pass a Drug & Alcohol screen
- Own transport or ability to reliably get to site

What you will be doing

- Operating and monitoring rotary moulding machines (training provided)
- Loading raw materials and unloading finished products
- Monitoring production quality and machine performance
- Performing basic machine checks and reporting faults
- Manual handling and lifting as required
- Assisting with dispatch and general production duties
- Following all safety, quality, and operational procedures
- Completing tasks as directed by the foreman, site manager, or team leader.
