Rochedale Kids Early Learning Centreis a purpose built, Reggio Emilia inspired centre. Our purpose-built centre offers a range of thoughtfully designed facilities to support children's learning and development. From natural outdoor spaces and a fun-filled water park to our dedicated art studio, every child has the opportunity to participate in engaging, hands-on learning experiences each day. We are seeking 3 Diploma qualified educators to join our amazing team!!
We are participating in the Worker Retention Payment Grant! If successful you will receive an additional payment on top of your award pay rate.
The successful applicantfor thisrolewill:
- MUST Hold a Diploma of Children's Services OR Studying towards a Diploma of Children's Services.
- Show a clearunderstanding and knowledge of the NQF (National Quality Framework)
- Must be available for any shift. Especially closing shifts.
- Possess excellent communication, organisation and time management skills
- Hold or be willing to obtain a current Working with Children card
- First Aid/CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma training
- Be competently aware and understand the assessment and rating processes
- Express a genuine passion or interest in the Reggio Emilia philosophy
