A well-established niche boutique remedial engineering business is growing! In these roles, you'll partner with the company Director on remedial, forensic, diagnostic, defect, facade, and waterproofing projects for local strata, residential, commercial, and industrial clients.

What you'll need

- BSc or MSc in Civil or Structural Engineering
- Consultancy experience
- Structural, Remedial, or Forensic experience
- Reliable team player
- Stable career history

The role in brief

- Conduct site inspections and assessments, capture measurements, analyse structural challenges, and prepare detailed design documentation for remedial and new-build projects.




- Investigate and analyse failures across residential, commercial, and industrial structures.
- Prepare detailed written reports documenting the cause of distress or failure, the extent of loss, and recommended remediation measures, including reports for litigation.
- Draft documentation detailing rectification and remedial repair solutions for onsite construction issues and damaged structures.
- Oversee project management of remedial building rectifications to ensure high-quality outcomes and on-time delivery.
- Provide tailored recommendations and cutting-edge solutions to complex structural, waterproofing, and facade challenges.
- Develop and implement structural monitoring system plans, including analysing and reporting captured data.
