The Role

We're looking for a fun, kind, open minded, nature loving Educator to join our dynamic, exceeding Sesame Lane team.

We value our people and want you to know you will be supported by long term Educators who will nurture and guide you along with an Experienced Service Manager, Educational Leader along with Sesame Lanes operations team.

At our Morayfield service we value our environments providing a home away from home feeling with care and attention throughout the day as part of our commitment to slow pedagogy and learning in nature.

Skills and qualifications we're looking for:

A growth mindset and a genuine love of learning

Strong ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues

Suitable qualifications for the role (Certificate III or studying towards this)

Sound understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards, and the QKLG

Current Blue Card (Working with Children Check)

A sense of fun and a willingness to think outside the box

Passion for sustainable practices
