Central Coast Local Health District is seeking a talented Employee Relations Manager to provide expert advice and representation across a broad range of employment and industrial relations matters. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping workforce outcomes, supporting organisational priorities and representing the District in proceedings before the NSW Industrial Relations Commission, tribunals and other statutory bodies.

As Employee Relations Manager, you will provide high-level expertise across:

Industrial and employment law advice

Advocacy before the NSW Industrial Relations Commission and tribunals

Award, policy and legislative interpretation

Workplace investigations

Performance and conduct management

Complex grievances and disputes

Union consultation, engagement and negotiation

Organisational change and workforce reform

Working closely with senior leaders, unions and key stakeholders, you will lead significant industrial matters, provide trusted strategic advice and strengthen employee relations capability across the organisation.

About You

You are a talented ER/IR, Employment Law or HR professional with qualifications in a relevant discipline,



or an equivalent combination of skills, knowledge and experience gained within a large and complex organisation.

You bring:

Demonstrated advocacy experience before the NSW Industrial Relations Commission, tribunals or other statutory bodies

Strong knowledge of employment legislation, industrial instruments and contemporary workplace relations practices

Experience managing complex and sensitive employee relations matters

The ability to build credibility and influence with senior leaders, unions and key stakeholders

A practical, solutions-focused approach and sound judgement in a dynamic environment
