Toowoomba Regional Council is seeking a Team Leader for the Parks & Recreation fitness of open spaces. Lead a agile team, motivate staff, and supervise maintenance tasks to uphold high standards in council parks and gardens.

The role operates with remote supervision and offers development opportunities, salary sacrifices for super, and a range of staff benefits. A 9 day fortnight with a rostered day off applies.
