The role
As the Retail Coordinator, you are responsible for providing inspirational and effective leadership to your team as you manage the sales, operations, inventory, and profitability of the store including an admin component. This may also suit an experienced Pharmacy Assistant looking for a different focus and a career development opportunity.
In addition to our Values, we are seeking a candidate with the following to compliment our team:
- Good communication & organizational skills
- Ability to assist the Retail Manager with daily tasks (which may include rosters & payroll)
- Previous inventory management experience (stock control, ordering, stock takes)
- Certificate III in Community Pharmacy (desirable)
- Experience leading and managing a small team
- Understanding of staff rostering requirements
- Experience with budgets and KPI's in a sales workplace
- Sound computer literacy and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
