This permanent, full-time position is great for someone seeking long term employment within a business creating fresh new designs within the 4WD industry.

About the role:

n

We are looking for an experienced Welder to join our manufacturing team. You'll be responsible for manufacturing a variety of products such as bull bars, rear bars and rock sliders.

n

You duties will include:

n

- Perform MIG welding and general fabrication using hand and power tools.
n
- Use power tools to grind and finish products to a high standard.
n
- Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
n




- Contribute and follow the protected and efficient operation of the workshop.
n

About you:

n

n
- Proven experience with MIG welding in a production or fabrication environment.
n
- Strong attention to detail to ensure quality of finished products.
n
- Familiarity with power tools and basic fabrication equipment.
n
- Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks, stand for periods at a time and lift heavy materials (such as jigs).
n
- Mechanically minded.
n
- Welding certifications, advantageous but not required.
n
- Reliable transport.
n
- Interest in 4WD community and hobbies is advantageous.
n
- Unfortunately we are not looking for apprentices at this point in time.
n
- You must also be willing to carry out a weld test and a grinding test prior to employment.
n
- You must have the right to work in Australia.
