Anglicare's Home and Community teams provide support provide guidance, leadership, quality management and technical support for the Administration Officers and Scheduling within the Administration team.
Our Toowoomba team is looking for a Lead Scheduler to join their team in a full time leave coverage position.
Selection criteria:
- Scheduling experience, using an electronic data management system.
- Prior scheduling experience in Procura or Alayacare is highly regarded but not mandatory
- Demonstrated leadership and management skills, within the community service sector with particular skills in operational planning and resource management;
- Demonstrated ability to actively lead and contribute to Quality Improvement activities within the Service
- Demonstrated high level time management and organisational skills and attention to detail within a busy, high volume task environment.
- Understanding of Community and Aged Care Funding (desirable).
Role requirements:
- Current National Police Clearance OR NDIS Clearance
- Current Drivers Licence and own reliable vehicle
