Whilst studying a Certificate III in Electrotechnology Electrician over 4 years, you’ll have the chance to:

- Assist tradesman to perform electrical tasks
- Preventative electrical maintenance: attend breakdowns, fault find, and rectify electrical faults to maintain reliable electrical assets
- Use hand tools, power tools, and electrical multimeter and computer applications
- Install, setup, fault find, repair and maintain a wide range of electrical systems and equipment in building and premises.
- Carry out other duties that are within the limits of apprentice skills, competence and ability as required

- Demonstrated ability for high safety standards
- Proven ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to maintain high standards of work
- Keen and enthusiastic about learning new skills

Must-haves -

- WHS Construction Induction (White Card)
- Drivers Licence (P1 and above)
- Willingness to undergo pre-employment Audiometry, Spirometry, Drug and Alcohol Screening, Functional Capacity Assessment
- Willingness to gain Hepatitis and Tetanus immunisations
