The Role:

- Provide comprehensive administrative support to Claims Managers and support with assisting booking medicals with healthcare providers, working closely with allied health professionals, collecting documentation and data entry
- Including but not limited to monitoring emails, maintaining data within systems.




- Answering inbound calls and directing enquires to the correct point of contact
- Vibrant, dedicated and passionate, fun team culture.
- About You:
- Comfortable and confident on the phone, customer centric and positive work ethic
- Administration experience is highly desirable but not essential
- Great attention to detail and thrives in a fast paced setting
- Great time management and organisation skills - able to multitask and loves to collaborate
