Our operations span across Northern Queensland, with the extensive cattle properties, backgrounding operations in Southern Queensland, state-of-the-art cattle feedlots, a fully accredited beef processing facility and global marketing capabilities. We offer a full range of Grain and Grass-fed beef categories and export to over 40 countries globally.

What you'll be doing

Based at our Processing Plant in Grantham, you'll drive NPD projects and work closely with cross-functional teams to bring the best ideas to market - on time, to spec, and aligned with commercial goals. You'll also manage our innovation funnel, helping prioritise concepts and keep momentum across the pipeline.

- Lead NPD projects end-to-end - planning, timelines, approvals, financial assessment, and compliance
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to hit project milestones
- Manage the stage-gate process, ensuring projects are reviewed, optimised, and prioritised
- Report progress to senior management and keep stakeholders engaged




- Champion a culture of innovation across the business
- Support product development, reformulation, and technical trials as needed

What you'll bring

- A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, Food Science, or related field
- 5+ years' experience in innovation management
- Experience managing NPD or innovation projects in food (beef or FMCG)
- Solid commercial acumen and a track record of delivering business outcomes
- Familiarity with stage-gate, agile, or similar innovation frameworks
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams
- Highly organised, with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Play a key role in shaping innovation strategy and driving commercial impact
