We are seeking a Senior Light Vehicle Mechanic to join our team, located in inner Brisbane. This is a part-time position (32hrs per week, no weekends) where you will be responsible for the servicing and repair of a variety of light vehicles. As a valued member of our talented Automotive Trades team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and restoring the safety and reliability of our customers' vehicles.

What you'll be doing

Diagnose and repair faults in vehicles

Perform scheduled servicing and maintenance tasks to manufacturer specifications

Test and inspect vehicle components to identify and rectify any issues

Speaking with customers to clearly explain the work completed and any recommendations

Overseeing and guiding our apprentice, ensuring they learn correct processes and safe work habits

Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures

What we're looking for

Formal qualifications in Automotive Mechanics

Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills

Excellent attention to detail and ability to work to a high standard





Good communication and willingness to share knowledge with our apprentice

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Commitment to continuous learning and career development
