We are seeking a Personal Care Worker to join our team, supporting our Registered Nurses in delivering high-quality resident care along with medication administration. You will work alongside long-term staff who are genuinely devoted to our Residents wellbeing, in a friendly and supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

- Support Registered Nurses in delivering high-quality resident care
n
- Assist with medication administration under Registered Nurse supervision
n
n
About you
n
n
- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, or AIN/EN qualification, or relevant PCW experience
n
- Willingness and ability to work as a medicator, under Registered Nurse supervision
n
- Working knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards
n
- Understanding of Infection Prevention and Control procedures
n
- Understanding of Work Health and Safety requirements
n
- Current Federal Police Check (or willingness to obtain one)
n
- Well-organised, with the ability to prioritise residents' care needs
n
- A team-oriented team player
n
- Reliable, flexible and proactive
n
- Kind and caring, with genuine respect for residents privacy and dignity
n
