The Role: Admin Clerk
Process consignment notes, reconcile load sheets, scan documents, and file them efficiently
Answer phone calls, provide exceptional customer service, including tracking missing, late, or damaged freight
Handle invoicing and create one-off quotes for customers
Manage pallet control by entering docket information, verifying details, and collaborating with others
Commence, complete, and finalise waybills, identifying and reporting anomalies like overweight loads or discrepancies
Prepare and distribute timeslot information to ensure timely deliveries, and communicate with customers regarding any adjustments
What You’ll Need
Strong computer literacy and data entry skills
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and colleagues
The ability to work independently, prioritise effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Skills, licences & experience required for the position:
Demonstrated and extensive experience in a similar role within the transport or logistics industry
Advantageous to have a thorough understanding of Brisbane’s transport network
Secondary level education
Certificate II in Business (Preferred)
