The role

Drives strategic delivery, stakeholder engagement, and resource management to achieve business objectives. Ensures compliance, commercial effectiveness, and continuous improvement, delivering sustainable performance and operational excellence.

You' l be responsible for:

- Lead PMO governance, ensuring safe, compliant, and high-performing programme delivery aligned with strategic objectives.
- Provide strategic direction across key assignments, monitoring performance, risk, quality, cost, and sustainability outcomes.
- Manage executive and client relationships, driving effective governance, stakeholder engagement, and business growth opportunities.
- Oversee budgets, operational performance, and compliance, ensuring ethical, sustainable, and commercially sound delivery.
- Influence long-term business strategy, supporting continuous improvement and organisational success.
- Mentor and develop teams, fostering inclusion, innovation, knowledge sharing, talent growth, and high performance.

You' l need to have:





- Extensive experience delivering major programmes across complex environments and project lifecycles.
- Advanced expertise in programme governance, controls, budgeting, risk management, and contract administration.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills with senior clients and industry partners.
- Relevant degree and professional membership (APM, RICS, CIOB, ICE, or equivalent).
