We are searching for an experienced and customer focused professional to start as a Customer Service Officer with our client in Mackay. This role will suit candidates with a high attention to detail, who are customer focused and efficient at delivering a high quality service.

Dayshift at $43.12ph plus penalties for OT

Role Description

- Develop and maintain customer relationships
- Provide customer service via face-to-face interactions, phone calls, and emails
- Liaise with colleagues to deliver orders and stock information efficiently
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints
- Take all incoming customer enquiries and refer them to other departments if required (estimating, scheduling, etc.)
- General data entry duties

About you

- Customer focused
- High attention to detail
- Experience handling customer enquiries both via phone and email
- Ability to resolve customer complaints efficiently
- Experience with order entry and quoting
- Ability to Multitask
