What You’ll Be Doing

- Managing day-to-day office operations (emails, calls, correspondence)

- Keeping records, databases, and filing systems up to date

- Tracking Tenders

- Submitting Bids and Tenders for Project Management team

- Follow alerts on upcoming projects

- Assisting with Accounts and Engineers





- Coordinating schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements

- Liaising with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients

- Supporting WHS and compliance documentation

- Taking care of general admin and ad-hoc tasks

What We’re Looking For

- Previous experience as an Office Administrator/ Management experience

- Ad-hoc duties

- Construction Industry Background preferable

- Strong organization and multitasking skills

- Confident with Microsoft Office and can raise Purchase orders

- Great communicator with a proactive, can-do attitude

- Able to work independently and manage priorities

- can deal with people at all levels

- This is a full-time position based in the office, no Hybrid is on offer
