We are seeking a dynamic, child-centered, and enthusiastic individual to join our team as theOSHC Directorat Our Lady Queen of Peace. As the OSHC Director, you will play a pivotal role in leading our Outside School Hours Care program, ensuring the safety, wellbeing, and development of children in both before- and after-school care. You will inspire creativity, provide exceptional care, and foster positive relationships with children, families, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

n

n
- Oversee the day to day operations of the OSHC program
n
- Develop, implement, and evaluation of high quality programs aligned with School Age Care Framework.
n
- Lead, support, and mentor a team of educators
n
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements (NQS, WHS and other regulatory requirements)
n
- Develop and implement engaging programs for children
n
- Build strong relationships with families and the school community
n
- Manage administrative duties, including budgeting,



staff rosters and record keeping.
n

- Passion for working with children and understand children's development
n
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
n
- Experience in managing OSHC or similar programs (preferred) including program planning, multitasking and catering for a range of needs
n
- Creative, enthusiastic, and committed to providing high-quality care
n
- Commitment to the ethos and values of our Catholic school community
n

Mandatory Requirments:

- Approved ACECQA Diploma level qualification. (List of approved qualifications at: https://www.acecqa.gov.au/qualifications/nqf-approved)

- Approved Responding to Risks of Harm Abuse and Neglect – Education and Care (RRHAN-EC) certificate
n
- First Aid Certificate – HLTAID012Provide first aid in an education and care setting
n
- Current acceptable Department of Human Services (DHS) Working With Children Check (WWCC)
