Ray White Mittagong is seeking a confident and capable Property Management Specialist to become an important part of our team.

This position is ideal for someone with a positive attitude who is ready to confidently manage a variety of responsibilities and contribute to the smooth day-to-day operation of our property management business.

You will be supported by a large, experienced team and modern technology designed to make your role more efficient. With standard 9:00am–5:00pm hours and no after-hours work, this is an excellent opportunity to build your property management career while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

We are looking for someone who is proactive, organised and willing to get involved wherever needed. You will be comfortable communicating with landlords, tenants and tradespeople while managing competing priorities in a professional and approachable manner.

Key Responsibilities

- Supporting the day-to-day management of residential properties
- Communicating with landlords, tenants and tradespeople
- Coordinating repairs and maintenance
- Conducting routine, ingoing and outgoing inspections
- Preparing inspection reports and related correspondence




- Maintaining accurate records and updating the property management system

About You

- Confident, capable and willing to take initiative
- Organised and able to manage multiple priorities
- Clear and professional in your communication
- Calm and solutions-focused when handling difficult situations
- Comfortable learning and using new technology
- A reliable team member with a positive attitude

Previous property management or real estate experience would be highly regarded; however, attitude, confidence and a genuine willingness to take on the role are especially important to us.

A current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence and a valid driver’s licence are required.
