The Opportunity

We are looking for a Site Foreman to join our Gold Coast team.

You will play an important role in coordinating day‑to‑day site activities, ensuring works are delivered safely, to program and in line with specifications, drawings and quality requirements.

Working closely with the Site Manager, Project Manager and subcontractors, you will oversee construction sequencing, site logistics, resource planning and field readiness while maintaining strong relationships with trades, suppliers and stakeholders onsite.

What You’ll Do

- Supervising trades and site labour to ensure safe and effective delivery
- Monitoring workmanship against drawings, specifications and codes
- Maintaining short‑term programs, site diaries and daily coordination records
- Managing site safety, inductions, compliance and reporting requirements
- Coordinating materials, plant and equipment and monitoring preliminaries spend
- Supporting consultant inspections, authority access and closure of punch lists / defects
- Communicating regularly with subcontractors and supporting site meetings





What You’ll Bring

- 5+ years’ experience delivering commercial construction projects in a Site Foreman or similar supervisory role
- Strong leadership and people management capability
- Good understanding of trade interfaces and construction sequencing
- Ability to prioritise, solve problems and make decisions in a busy site environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with subcontractors and clients
- Relevant building/construction qualifications + White Card
- QBCC Builder Open Site Supervisor licence (recommended)
