It is a fantastic business, and as they expand their QLD operation, we are looking for a true lighting professional to join a growing team. Team culture is fast-paced, highly creative, and totally focused on delivering beautiful, functional results for top-tier architectural projects.

What you will be doing

You will be the face of the premium portfolio in QLD, acting as the go-to consultant for top-tier lighting designers and engineers.

Your focus will be on managing and expanding our presence with major QLD design and engineering firms. You will use your visual flair to help clients select the perfect lighting solutions for complex, high-end projects,



while driving growth and managing the sales pipeline from initial concept presentations right through to specification and delivery.

What expectations there will be

Need someone who can hit the ground running with an established network. It is essential that you bring current, active relationships with key QLD lighting designers and engineers, particularly within the bigger firms like ADP, Evolved, NDY, WSP, Steensen Varming, Aston, Arup, Aurecon, Stantec, GHD, and Aecom.

You also need proven experience in technical lighting, a genuine passion for how lighting impacts the built workplace, and the commercial drive to secure high-value specifications.

What's on Offer

Base salary between $100,000 - $130,000 (depending on your experience) + Super.

Generous car allowance plus all the tools of the trade.

A strong, rewarding commission structure that highly compensates top performers.
