ABOUT THE ROLE

As Assistant Store Manager / 2IC, you will be responsible for assisting the store manager to drive sales results and customer service in your store.

This is a part-time position, working a set roster of 24.75 hours per week, Sunday to Thursday.

In this role, you will:

- Create a sales driven culture within the store through daily coaching and support
- Ensure all KPI's are met with a solid focus on customer service
- Analyse sales reports to identify and develop action plans for underperforming categories and products
- Coach and mentor your team
- Provide stock feedback and manage inventory
