About the Role

Join JR Richards & Sons, a trusted leader in sustainable waste management. We’re looking for an energetic and driven Sales Representative to service the Southern Highlands and South Coast region.

This permanent, full-time field-based position offers variety, autonomy and purpose. You’ll spend your days:

- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships across the Southern Highlands and South Coast
- Managing inbound leads and customer enquiries
- Identifying new business opportunities and renewing existing contracts
- Providing quotes, advice and tailored waste management solutions
- Achieving weekly and monthly sales and account management targets
- Conducting regular customer visits to monitor satisfaction and identify growth opportunities
- Working closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional service

What You’ll Bring

- Proven sales and customer service experience
- Strong communication, relationship‑building and negotiation skills
- A current driver’s licence and proficiency in Microsoft Office




- The ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively
- Waste industry experience (desirable but not essential)
