About You

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to lead the team at our LOEWE flagship boutique located in Westfield Sydney.

Reporting directly to the Store Manager, your key responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities

- Support boutique leadership, acting as Manager on Duty and handling store opening/closing procedures as needed.
- Drive sales and lead by example in client service and CRM management.
- Coach, train, and develop team members to elevate performance and service standards.
- Share brand heritage and drive cross-selling across ready-to-wear, leather goods, footwear, and accessories.
- Maintain visual merchandising, inventory control,



and operational excellence in line with company policies.

What We Are Looking For

- 2+ years of luxury retail leadership experience.
- Strong commercial understanding with a proven ability to hit sales targets and mentor teams.
- Expertise in CRM, client retention, and high-net-worth relationship building.
- Solid operational background in inventory control and store administration.
- Collaborative, hands-on leader with a passion for luxury fashion and culture.
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) to support key clientele.
- The successful candidate must be able to work the Tuesday – Saturday roster.
