As Team Leader, Rostering, you will lead a small team that delivers accurate staff rosters and workforce records.

Key responsibilities

- You will help keep daily operations running by planning ahead, solving roster issues and supporting managers and staff.
- lead a team of rostering officers by providing guidance, training and support.
- plan and maintain staff rosters up to six weeks ahead while meeting operational needs and workplace requirements.
- monitor roster data, timesheets and attendance records to keep information accurate and resolve complex issues.
