Now we're looking for an energetic, hands‐on Store Manager to take the reins at Chirnside Park

n

And when we say hands‐on, we mean it. This isn't a sit‐in‐the‐office‐and‐send‐emails kind of role. You'll be on the floor, leading from the front, building a brilliant team and making sure the store is absolutely humming.

THE GIG

n

Think of yourself as the CEO of your store.

n

You'll own the people, the customer experience, the sales, the standards and the results — with plenty of support from the wider Daniel's team.

n

You'll:

n

n
- Lead from the front – around 35 hours each week working alongside your crew, plus dedicated admin time.
n
- Recruit, train, coach and develop an awesome team.
n
- Create the kind of store vibe where customers want to come back again...and again...and maybe grab a six-pack for later.
n
- Drive sales and smash KPIs across sales, wages, waste, ATV and customer experience.
n
- Own your roster and keep labour costs on track.
n
- Keep stock levels right, waste tight and displays looking ridiculously good.
n
- Make sure our food safety, WHS and operational standards are always spot on.
n
- Spot opportunities, solve problems and keep looking for ways to make your store better.
n
- Celebrate the wins,

YOU'LL LOVE THIS ROLE IF...

You're a natural leader who gets a buzz from seeing your team succeed.

You're positive, energetic and not afraid to roll up your sleeves when things get busy.

You've got:

n

- Store management or strong Assistant Manager experience in retail, QSR, hospitality or FMCG.
n
- A track record of leading and developing great teams.
n
- Commercial smarts – you understand sales, wages, waste and what makes a store profitable.
n
- A love of targets and the determination to beat them.
n
- Strong organisation and time‐management skills.
n
- High standards when it comes to customer experience, food safety and WHS.
n
- The flexibility to work across weekdays and weekends so you know and lead your whole team.
n
