Your Contribution
- Ensure respect for residentrights, dignity, and choice through understanding of their story, and thetailoring of routines and preferences foreach individual person
- Ensure the provision ofhigh-quality support in maintaining residents mobility and personalhygiene (showers, toileting, oral health) according to individual residentneeds, strengths, choices & preferences
- Ensure collaboration with teammembers to address the underlying causes of changed behaviours and provideappropriate interventions
- Proactively model the Fresh HopeCommunities’ Values in all interactions with the team, stakeholders,system users, and external parties.
- Proactively contribute to thedevelopment of a collaborative, high-engagement, high-communication teamculture focused on resident-centred care.
The Essentials
- Have a Certificate III inIndividual Support (Aged Care).
- Align with our values of Kindness,Integrity, Connection and Optimism
- Relevant experience in providingcare services within the residential aged care workplace.
- Knowledge of legislation andregulations relevant to aged care.
- Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills.
- Current First Aid Certificate.
- A Current National Criminal Record Check suitable for agedcare or NDIS Worker Check or willingness to obtain
