u&u; Recruitment Partners in Queensland is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to lead HR across the organisation during a high growth phase. Reporting to the Head of People, you will blend strategic input with hands-on delivery and act as the senior HR advisor to leaders.
You will drive key initiatives, coach managers, maintain policies and ensure legislative compliance, while partnering with Finance on payroll data and using HR insights to improve the employee experience.
