Key Responsibilities





Work closely with Senior Advisers across the delivery of holistic and strategic financial advice.

Assist with client meetings, including preparation, research, analysis and follow-up.

Become increasingly involved in client conversations and the broader advice process.

Support the development and implementation of tailored financial strategies.

Assist with advice documentation, portfolio reviews and ongoing client requirements.

Liaise directly with clients, product providers and other professional stakeholders.

Develop your technical knowledge across investments, superannuation, retirement planning and broader wealth strategies.

Take on greater responsibility as your knowledge, confidence and experience develop.

About You

You may currently be working as an Associate Adviser, Client Services Officer, Paraplanner or Adviser Support qualified and feel ready for an opportunity that offers greater exposure and progression.

Ideally, you will bring:

2 – 3+ years' experience within the financial planning or wealth management industry.

A relevant tertiary qualification in Financial Planning, Commerce, Finance, Economics or a related discipline.

Exposure to High Net Worth (HNW) or Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) clients would be a strong advantage, but not essential.

Strong technical, analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.

Confidence communicating with clients and senior stakeholders.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
