You will become an important part of a passionate and successful team, working alongside the Pharmacist/Owner and our retail and dispensary teams to help take our pharmacy to the next level.

What You'll Be Doing

As our Pharmacy Retail Manager, you will take ownership of our retail operations and play a key role in driving the continued success of the pharmacy.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Leading, motivating, coaching and developing our retail team
- Creating a positive,



supportive and high-performing team culture
- Delivering exceptional customer service and building genuine customer relationships
- Driving retail sales, profitability and key performance targets
- Overseeing stock management, ordering, inventory and stock levels
- Managing merchandising, promotions and seasonal campaigns
- Monitoring daily retail operations and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Analysing sales and performance results and turning them into practical strategies
- Maintaining an exciting, fresh and well-presented retail environment
- Ensuring high standards of compliance, workplace safety and qualified practice
- Training and developing team members to build their skills and confidence
- Managing customer enquiries and resolving issues professionally
- Building strong relationships with suppliers and sales representatives
- Coordinating representative visits to ensure they add value without disrupting busy trading periods
- Working closely with the Pharmacist/Owner to achieve our overall business goals

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

- An experienced and confident retail leader
- Passionate about people, customer service and retail
- Motivated by achieving sales and performance results
- A natural coach who enjoys helping others grow
- Commercially minded and confident identifying opportunities to improve the business
- Organised, proactive and able to manage competing priorities




- Positive, energetic and willing to get involved
- A strong communicator who can build relationships with both staff and customers
- Someone who leads by example and contributes to a great team culture
- Detail-oriented and committed to maintaining high standards
- Experienced in retail management within pharmacy

Pharmacy or retail management qualifications and experience will be highly regarded.
