BOQ Group is seeking a Senior Manager, Line 1 Risk, Operations to coordinate risk management across the division and strengthen the control workplace. You will work with business leaders to identify risks, address control gaps and embed practical risk practices in day-to-day operations, with a focus on Conduct, Payments and Financial Crime Operations.

You will oversee risk governance activities, including risk reporting, KRIs, RCAs, and monitoring against risk appetite, while coaching Line 1
