You'll collaborate with Senior Practitioners, Lead Clinicians, the Chief Dental Officer and other SA Dental clinicians, while building effective relationships with government and non-government partners.

Key responsibilities

- In this significant role, you'll provide high-quality dental care to clients presenting with complex dental disease and oral health needs, with a particular focus on delivering services to people within the Department for Correctional Services.
- You'll independently manage complex cases, applying advanced clinical judgement and expertise to determine appropriate treatment and achieve positive outcomes.
- Working closely with the Senior Dental Assistant Prisons and a broad network of experienced dental professionals, you'll contribute to coordinated, patient-centred care across the service.

What you need

- Be registrable as a dentist with the Dental Board of Australia.
- You are a skilled and collaborative Dental Officer who brings sound clinical judgement, strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality, contemporary oral healthcare.
- Hold a current South Australian EPA Radiation Licence.
