What your day could look like

As an Oral Health Therapist, you'll help people achieve better oral health and confidence through high-quality care, education and prevention. Working closely with a supportive multidisciplinary team, you'll make a meaningful difference for individuals, families and communities while contributing to healthier futures across the region.

Every day, you'll contribute by:

- Delivering evidence-based oral health care and education that improves patient outcomes and supports long-term wellbeing.
- Building trusted relationships with patients, families and colleagues to provide coordinated, person-centred care.
- Supporting health promotion initiatives that increase community awareness and encourage healthier oral health habits.
- Sharing knowledge, contributing ideas and helping strengthen a positive learning culture across the service.

You're a caring and capable clinician who enjoys helping people achieve better health outcomes. You communicate well, work collaboratively and bring a genuine commitment to quality care. - Current Oral Health Therapist registration and relevant qualification.
- Ability to deliver contemporary oral health care and education.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to continuous learning and safe practice.

regional or community-focused healthcare and/or quality improvement activities.
