Key responsibilities

- You will work collaboratively with colleagues and subject matter experts to ensure decisions are fair, consistent and supported by evidence

- Reporting to the Team Leader Assessments, CAS Assessment Officers are the engine room for the division assessing incoming complaints and notifications across a range of complexity levels to identify opportunities for IBAC investigations into public sector corruption and police personnel misconduct.




- Conduct assessments of complaints and notifications across varying levels of complexity within agreed timeframes and quality standards.

What you need

- a cover letter of no more than two pages outlining your responses to the key accountabilities and selection criteria in the position description.
- Experience handling end-to-end complaint or case-based work.
- Experience forming judgements within legislative or policy frameworks.
